Online Inventory: We keep our online inventory as up-to-date as possible, so stop back often. If there is an item you are unable to find on our website, we may have it in the physical store, so please, give us a call (440-729-1849). If we do not have what you are looking for, we may be able to order it for you.

Backordered Items: Backordered items are usually shipped within 15 business days. You will be informed of the estimated arrival time of your item. Payment for Backordered items will not be charged until shipment.
Items not on backorder will be shipped promptly.

Express shipping: We do offer Express (UPS 3-Day) shipping, as well as Overnight shipping. Expedited orders must be placed before 2pm (EST) Monday through Friday. Orders will not be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. We are unable to expedite deliveries outside of the continental United States.

Calculate Shipping: The shipping charge is based on your order amount. A breakdown of the pricing can be found on our Shipping Chart
How long before my order arrives? If the item is in stock, it will usually be shipped by the next business day. You will then receive your item based on the shipping option you chose. If there are any delays (Out of stock, back-ordered, etc.), you will be notified as soon as we become aware of it.
PO Box Orders: Orders may only be sent via USPS Mail if the recipient has a PO Box.
Additional charges: Additional shipping charges may be applied for oversized or heavy items. Saddles are one example of an item that would incur additional shipping charges.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns/exchanges: Items may be exchanged within 30 days with packing slip or receipt and tags still on the item. Items should not have been used and should be in their original packaging.
Returning your item: You may physically bring your item back to the store or return it using the method it was shipped to you. Please make sure the item is properly packaged for shipping and that the correct address is clearly visible.
