Product Information

Online Inventory: We keep our online inventory as up-to-date as possible, so stop back often. If there is an item you are unable to find on our website, we may have it in the physical store so please give us a call. (440-729-7430) If we do not have what you are looking for, we may be able to order it for you.

Backordered Items: Backordered items are usually in within 15 business days. You will be informed of the estimated arrival time of your item.

Items not on backorder will be shipped promptly and the backordered tiems will be shipped when they are available. Backordered items will not be charged until they are shipped.

Shipping Information

Express shipping: We do offer Express (UPS 3-Day) shipping, as well as Overnight shipping. Expedited orders must be placed before 2pm (EST) Monday through Friday. Order will not be shipped on Saturday, Sunday , or any Holiday. We are unable to expedite deliveries outside of the continental United States.

Shipping outside the United States: We will ship anywhere. However, expedite shipping is not available for international shipments. If you have any questions, regarding international shipments e-mail us at info@summerwindtack.com

Calculate Shipping: The shipping charge is based on your order amount. A breakdown of the pricing can be found on our Shipping Chart

How long before my order arrives? If the item is in stock it will usually be shipped by the next business day. You will then receive your item basedon the shipping option you chose. If there are any delays (Out of stock, back-ordered, etc.) with your item you will be notified as soon as we become aware of it.

PO Box Orders: Orders may only be sent via USPS Mail if the recipient has a PO Box.

Additional charges: Additional shipping charges are added for oversized or heavy items. Saddles are one example of an item that would incur additional shipping charges.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns/exchanges: Items may be exchanged within 30 days with packing slip or receipt and tags still on the item. Items are should not have been used and should be in their original packaging.

Returning your item: You may physically bring your item back to the store (address is on packing slip) or return it using the method it was shipped to you. Please make sure item is properly packaged for shipping and that the correct address is clearly visible.
