Additional Shipping Charges
Some heavy or large items have additional shipping and handling charges. On
select products, additional shipping and handling charges are noted on the
product information pages and will be noted in your shopping basket.
Western Saddles have an additional $15 shipping and handling charge. English
Saddles have an additional $8 shipping and handling charge. Please note that
oversize items may be very expensive to ship via an expedited ship method.
Non-Contiguous U.S. Orders
Alaska
and Hawaii orders may be shipped UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or
UPS Ground. Puerto Rico orders can be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air, USPS
Priority or USPS Express Mail. Shipping charges are based on weight and box
dimension. Shipping charges are billed on a separate invoice at the actual
shipping cost.

Shipping Restrictions
We can not ship aerosols or items over 60" by air.
International Shipping
We are happy to ship our products worldwide. Deliveries outside the
continental United States require additional shipping charges. A customer
service representative will contact you within one to three business days
after your order is placed to provide a shipping quote before your order is
shipped or any charges are applied to your credit card. All of our prices are
in U.S. dollars. When you charge a purchase to a credit card, your credit card
company will calculate the exchange rate automatically. Wire transfers must be
made in U.S. funds.
Tracking your Package
You will receive a ship confirmation email when your order ships. If your
order ships via UPS, you will receive a tracking number in your ship
confirmation email. If your order is shipped via FedEx, USPS, or another
carrier, you will receive a ship confirmation email, but you will need to
contact customer service to track your package.
Undeliverable Packages
We will contact you to correct the shipping address. Additional shipping
charges may apply if you entered the wrong delivery address.
